Blackburn Rovers boast a rich trophy history having won league and domestic cup titles over the years. The Ewood Park team even secured their first piece of silverware back in 1883/84.

Blackburn Rovers have won three top-flight titles
Blackburn Rovers have won three top-flight titles since first entering a league competition in 1888/89. The Lancashire side are also one of just three clubs to be founding members of the Football League in 1888 and the Premier League in 1992. They have also lifted titles in both.
Rovers first won the top-flight title during their 1911/12 Division One campaign. Blackburn had finished third during the 1889/90 Football League season and the 1909/10 Division One term, too. While they beat Manchester United to the Premier League title by just one single point.

A smattering of relegations throughout Blackburn’s history have also later seen Rovers claim further league titles. They have sealed titles in each of the top three tiers of the professional English pyramid. Blackburn have not yet contested a single season in the fourth tier to date.

Blackburn won the first trophy in Rovers’ history with the FA Cup in the 1883/84 season. The world’s oldest national football competition was also a happy hunting ground for the Ewood Park side at first. They won the trophy five times through their first 12 entries in the FA Cup.

Blackburn are among the past winners of the English Football League Cup (EFL Cup). Rovers first entered the tournament from its introduction in the 1960/61 season. They have further contested every campaign so far. But the Lancashire club have rarely made the later rounds.

Blackburn’s top-flight titles and their FA Cup honours have also seen Rovers compete in the Community Shield. They first contested the traditional curtain-raiser in 1912 following their first top-flight title when the Charity Shield also featured a Southern Football League team.

Blackburn Rovers won the Full Members Cup once
Blackburn further bolstered Rovers’ trophy history with one Full Members Cup title over the tournament’s lifespan from 1985 to 1992. The competition occurred to deliver an additional tournament for full Football League members while English clubs were banned from Europe.
